Zach Caruso is a guitarist/singer/songwriter from southern New Jersey.
His debut album Body & Soul was released in early 2008, and in support of the album, Zach played venues across the New Jersey and Pennsylvania area, even making his way down the east coast for a live performance on the Maryland-based radio station Ocean 98.1 FM.
In mid-2009, Zach assembled a new band line-up that includes Brad Burge on drums and percussion, and Victor Caraballo on bass guitar. The trio landed a performance at Philadelphia's famed Trocadero Theatre, and soon after were asked to open for legendary guitar virtuoso Johnny A at Philadelphia's popular live music venue World Café Live.
In March 2010, Zach and the band entered the studio to record the sophomore album Neon Lights. Recording over the span of three months, the 13 track album was released in the summer of 2010. The first single "Cali" caught the attention of listeners, and was featured on Philadelphia's 93.3 WMMR's "Local Shots" with radio DJ Jaxon.
In addition to his musical endeavors, Zach also has a Bachelor's degree in journalism, and is currently enrolled in graduate school pursuing an MA in writing.
